Each client engagement differs but, based on my experience, I understand what is typically required to bring an issue to a successful conclusion.  Therefore, when we work together, my fees will not be a surprise to you.

Typically a flat fee is charged for services such as:
       • Living Trusts
       • Wills
       • Deeds and home purchases
       • Traffic tickets
       • Powers of Attorney
       • Incorporations
       • Partnership Agreements

An hourly rate is used for:
       • Divorce
       • Probate and Estates
       • Contracts
       • Litigation

Further, to help you manage your funds, I have instituted a “Block” structure whereby you, the client, approve working time in five-hour increments.  An original "good faith" estimate is prepared in advance and for each additional five hour block, you will understand the additional work and why it is necessary.  Your approval is always secured prior to proceeding.
